Set on approximately 1.5 private acres just 1 mile from Old Town Scottsdale, Firebird is being completely transformed into an immersive private resort designed for big groups, milestone trips and weekends people talk about long after everyone flies home.
We’re opening Firebird for prelaunch reservations while we complete the final stages of its transformation. We’ve successfully prelaunched Everwild homes before because we know something important about the groups we host: when 15, 20 or 25 people are traveling together, they plan well in advance.
Firebird has already undergone an extraordinary $1M+ transformation. We’re now in the final stages — paint, furnishings, décor and installation of the amenities that will bring the full Firebird experience to life.
And while we’re inviting guests to reserve future dates now, we would never host a stay before the property is completely ready. Guests who book during prelaunch will have access to special introductory pricing and the opportunity to be among the very first groups to experience Firebird.

Bedroom 1 offers a standalone soaking tub and rain shower, while other bathrooms feature walk-in showers and custom vanities.

You get both. Old Town Scottsdale is approximately 1 mile away, putting you minutes from nightlife, restaurants, cocktail bars, Scottsdale Fashion Square, golf, Camelback Mountain, Spring Training, Barrett-Jackson, TPC Scottsdale, spas and desert adventures.

Firebird has already undergone a $1M+ transformation and is now in the home stretch. The major renovation work is behind us, and our team is completing the final layers that turn the property into Firebird — paint, furnishings, décor, landscaping and installation of its resort-style amenities.
Some listing photography during this period may include design renderings, inspiration images or spaces still receiving their finishing touches. Final furnishings, finishes and individual design details may evolve slightly as installation is completed.
What won’t change is our standard for opening the doors. We would never host guests before Firebird is fully ready for them.
