What is Everwild Retreats?
Everwild Retreats offers thoughtfully curated stays in nature-immersed destinations across the U.S. Each home is intentionally designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and experience something memorable — whether you’re seeking rest, adventure, or meaningful time with the people you love.
Our retreats blend elevated design, comfort, and hospitality, creating spaces guests return to again and again.
How do I make a reservation?
You can book directly through our website or via select booking partners. Once your reservation is confirmed, you’ll receive a detailed confirmation email with everything you need to prepare for your stay, including arrival details and house information.
What is your payment structure?
We offer a flexible payment option when booking direct:

50% due at the time of booking

Remaining 50% due one week prior to arrival
This allows you to secure your stay without paying the full balance upfront (many platforms require 100% at booking).
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change.

Free cancellation up to 28 days before check-in

Cancellations made 28+ days prior to arrival are 97% refundable (the remaining 3% covers non-refundable credit card processing fees — thank you for understanding)

Cancellations within 28 days of arrival may be subject to charges

Are pets allowed?
Yes — well-behaved dogs are welcome at most Everwild Retreats 🐾

Dogs must be house-trained and not left unattended unless approved in advance

What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in: 4:00 PM at all Everwild Retreats
Check-out times vary by property:

Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability.

Yes — high-speed 1G Wi-Fi is available at all Everwild Retreats. While our homes are immersed in nature, staying connected is seamless when you need it.
Are the retreats suitable for families or groups?
Absolutely. Many Everwild properties are ideal for couples, families, and groups. Please review the maximum occupancy listed on each property page to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone.
Is parking available?
Yes — complimentary parking is available at all Everwild Retreat properties. Parking details are shared prior to arrival.
Are the homes professionally cleaned?
Yes. Every Everwild Retreat is professionally cleaned and inspected between stays to ensure a pristine, welcoming experience for each guest.
Are events allowed?
Yes — preauthorized events are permitted at select Everwild Retreats, including Glass House + Gallery House and Summit House.

Small gatherings must stay within the home’s occupancy limits

Formal events with more than 25 guests require an event fee, which helps cover additional cleaning, coordination, and maintenance
