Pets: Up to 3 dogs standard — additional dogs considered upon approval. Pet Fee required.
Rental Agreement: Signed agreement and security hold required within 48 hours of booking.
Events: Small gatherings welcome. No large events — residential area.
Parking Reminder: We can have no more than 3 cars parked in front of the house at any time.
There is additional parking available on the paved side driveway located on the left-hand side of the home.
Please note — we cannot exceed 40% of the front of the house covered by cars, or our short-term rental permit may be suspended.
Indigo is located in a newly developed community — while most homes are complete, there may be occasional daytime construction activity as the neighborhood continues to grow.

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 28 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 28 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
