The Space

Spread across three levels, The Candler Clubhouse gives large groups plenty of room to gather, relax, and enjoy their own space. Prepare meals together, watch movies downstairs, challenge your group to a game, or unwind outside with mountain views.

Main Level

The main level features a fully equipped kitchen, formal dining room, breakfast nook, kitchen bar, and comfortable living room. It also includes a queen bedroom, a flexible room with a queen sleeper sofa, desk, and Smart TV, a full bathroom, and access to the deck.

Upper Level

The upper level offers a primary king suite with an ensuite bathroom, Jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, dual vanity, sitting area, and queen sleeper sofa. An additional king bedroom, a queen-over-queen bunk room with an extra twin bed, and additional sitting space provide flexibility for families and groups.

Lower Level

The lower level is designed for entertainment, featuring the 100-inch home theater lounge, speakeasy-style bar, game room, and an additional bunk bedroom. It's the perfect place for friendly competitions, movie nights, and evenings together.

Sleeping Arrangements

The home accommodates up to 21 overnight guests across six bedrooms and additional sleeping spaces.

The fully equipped kitchen is ready for everything from quick breakfasts to large family dinners. Amenities include stainless steel cookware, baking pans, utensils, a blender, toaster, electric kettle, mixer, Keurig coffee maker with K-cups, drip coffee maker, and serving pieces for group meals.

The formal dining room, breakfast nook, and kitchen bar provide seating for approximately 16 guests across the dining areas.

Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, fresh towels, and everyday essentials. The primary ensuite features a Jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, and dual vanity.

Additional conveniences include hair dryers, cookware, dishware, glassware, a coffee setup, basic household cleaning supplies, room-darkening shades, an iron and ironing board, and an extra-large washer and dryer.

The home also offers multiple climate zones for added comfort, with central HVAC systems serving the main and upper levels and separate climate control for the gym, game room, and children's playroom.

Located approximately 15 minutes from the property, downtown Asheville, the Biltmore Estate, and the Blue Ridge Parkway provide plenty of opportunities for exploring, dining, shopping, and enjoying the outdoors.

Spend the day discovering local restaurants, breweries, shops, and scenic mountain drives, then return home for a soak in the hot tub, a game tournament, cocktails in the speakeasy, or a movie on the big screen.

Events & Celebrations

Select weddings, family reunions, celebrations, retreats, and gatherings may be considered with prior approval. The maximum overnight occupancy remains 21 guests.

Approved events may require an additional fee, a signed event agreement, liability insurance, a guest list, and a parking plan. Please contact Everwild Retreats before booking to discuss your plans and confirm approval and applicable requirements.

Guest Access

Guests have full and private access to The Candler Clubhouse and its indoor and outdoor amenities throughout their stay, including the hot tub, fire pit, home theater, speakeasy, game rooms, private gym, children's play spaces, playground, deck, and outdoor gathering areas.

The home offers easy self-check-in through smart locks on the front and back doors. Arrival instructions and the access code are provided approximately 24 hours before check-in. The back entrance is the preferred entry, with a well-lit pathway leading directly to the door.

Good to Know

• Maximum overnight occupancy: 21 guests

• The primary renter must be at least 25 years old.

• The property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Please respect the neighbors and observe quiet hours.

• The driveway accommodates approximately 5–7 vehicles. Please park in the driveway rather than along the street or on the lawn.

• Exterior security cameras are located at the driveway, front door, and basement entrance. There are no cameras inside the home.

• Well-behaved pets may be permitted with prior approval and a pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended. Furniture covers should be used if pets are allowed on upholstered furniture.

• The property is smoke-free. Smoking and vaping are permitted outdoors only.

• Select events and gatherings require advance approval and may be subject to additional requirements.
