- Overnight Capacity: 16 guests (not including babies in pack & plays)
- Parking: carpooling or shuttle required
- Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 8 AM
- Vendors: must be licensed & insured
- Event Insurance: required for all weddings or formal events
- Decor Restrictions: no confetti, glitter, or fireworks (candles OK if contained)
