With this property, you will enjoy both the Main House and the delightful detached Casita. The Main House offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms, while the Casita provides an additional studio bedroom and private bathroom to sleep a total of eight guests.

☆☆ BEDROOMS + BATHROOMS ☆☆

All three bedrooms have been outfitted with ultimate comfort in mind. Each bathroom is stocked with basic toiletries from Pubic Goods. 

Primary Bedroom 1 (Main House) — This room features a king bed, a 50" flat-screen Smart TV with Sonos Sound and YouTube TV programming, and access to the lovely backyard. The private ensuite bathroom features double sinks, stone counters, a restful soaking tub, and a separate shower.

Primary Bedroom 2 (Main House) — This room features a king-size bed, a 50" flat-screen Smart TV with YouTube TV programming, a separate sink area, and access to the backyard. There is also a designated work area for any digital nomads in your group. The private ensuite bathroom has two sinks with a distinctive tile backsplash and a large walk-in tile and glass shower.

Bedroom 3 (Casita) — The third bedroom sits in the private, studio-style casita located over the garage/game room. Step up a flight of stairs and you'll find a gorgeous and spacious studio with high ceilings and large windows that capture stunning red rock views of Thunder Mountain. 

The casita offers a comfortable king-size bed, a living area with a queen sofa sleeper, and a 45" flat-screen Smart TV with YouTube TV. The private bathroom boasts a very large walk-in shower.

The convenient kitchenette area features a mini-fridge, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, and tea kettle. There is even a dining space with seating for four.

When you enter the one-level main house through the front door, you will find yourself in the great room with a striking lounge, kitchen, and dining area. The open space features contemporary décor and gorgeous hardwood plank flooring, high ceilings, and an atmosphere that will make you feel right at home.

The full kitchen is sure to please the chef(s) in your group. It comes fully equipped with utensils, basic spices, and cooking essentials to help you create your favorite snacks and meals. 

The birch cabinetry is beautiful, and the ample countertops and convenient center island (with seating for four) will make meal prep and entertaining a breeze. There is also a dining area located just off the kitchen with seating for eight guests. 

The lounge offers comfortable furnishings and a 50" flat-screen Smart TV with YouTube programming so you can enjoy your favorite shows.

Underneath the Casita is a fun game room with ping pong, indoor basketball, connect four, and a giant Jenga. Both the young and young at heart can while away the hours.

The outdoor space is the centerpiece of the home. After a full day of recreational activities, you can come home and relax your sore muscles in the hot tub, recharge in the yoga corner, or gather around the cozy fire pit. You can also grill up some favorites on the gas BBQ and settle in the outdoor furniture as you take in the desert breezes.

Please note that Sedona has a Dark Sky Ordinance. As one of the first dozen communities and areas in the world recognized by the International Dark-Sky Association, Sedona prides itself on being a stargazer’s paradise. For this reason and because the house is in a residential neighborhood we ask that the outdoor area only be used before 9 pm.

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 28 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 28 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
